What is a request?
There are two types of requests, standard requests and live requests. A standard request is 20 minutes worth of work. When you use live requests, you get 10 minutes of live chatting for every request.

Standard requests will generally be answered within 24 hours (typically we get back to you much faster than that!)
Ideal use
Ideal for tasks requiring a response from a 3rd party, coordinating back and forth, or research. Of course, all types of requests are welcome here - even the quick ones.
What if the request requires more than 20 minutes of work?
Send it in anyway and an assistant will assess how much time it will take and use the appropriate amount of requests to complete the job. They will confirm with you before moving forward.
Can I make a recurring request?
Yes! In the standard request field, click on the oval infinity icon before submitting your request. This will give you the option to set it to repeat daily, on weekdays, weekly, and monthly. We'll also send you an email one day prior in case you want to skip or stop the request completely.
Ideal use
These are ideal for recurring appointments like haircuts; or research you need done for your weekly meeting with your boss. Another great example is when you really want that hard to get restaurant reservation or item, and you need to call back every day to see if there's a cancellation or they finally got it in stock.
What is a live request?
Live requests will connect you with an assistant via SMS Text or web chat. Once you're connected, you'll be able to chat in realtime.
Ideal use
Ideal for any kind of request that can be answered in a short period of time. Phone calls, looking something up on the go, price comparisons, reservations, etc.
What if the request requires more than 10 minutes of work?
Live requests are charged by the minute so say your request took 12 minutes to complete, you will have used 2 requests, but still have 8 more minutes of time left to use of that second request.
Can I send requests other than through the website?
Yes! In fact, you can send requests to us several different ways. You can submit requests through our apps, SMS, email or by leaving a voice-mail.

SMS Texting
Texting works the same as a Live Request. You get 10 minutes of chat time for each "request" on your subscription plan. Great for assignments that can be taken care of immediately. All SMS messages will have a copy of the conversation saved in your Live Request log as well.

Email Texting
In your email all day? No worries, you can send all requests, large and small, via email and a copy of the request and transcript will be logged in your dashboard as well, keeping everything in one place.

Call in
Quickly get To Dos off your mind by calling us and leaving a message. Call requests can be viewed on your dashboard if you wish to see the full thread. Our call in number is the same as our SMS number
